1. Deliver highquality software under time pressure
2. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
3. Design and develop scalable robust and maintainable software
4. Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews
5. Conduct unit tests and ensure code meets specifications
Technical Requirements
1. Proficiency in objectoriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations
2. Experience with Oracle Database SQL PL/SQL and performance tuning
3. Knowledge of .NET 4.0 Framework Blazer SOAP and JSON
4. Familiarity with software development methodologies (RUP Scrum) and modeling (UML)
5. Experience with version control systems (BitBucket)
Soft Skills
1. Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
2. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new situations
3. Customer service orientation and professionalism
4. Teamwork and knowledgesharing skills
5. Respect for confidentiality and trust
Nice to Have
1. Knowledge of Arabic language
2. Experience with health insurance concepts
