- Engineering Degree in mechanical / production / metallurgy
- Certification
- ASNT L-II/III,
- AWS or CSWIP 3.1/3.2,
- Lead Auditor Certification,
- API510 certification,
- Optional.
- Preference for BGAS or NACE coating inspector
- Min experience required is above 15years.
- Experience in ASME coded pressure vessels and storage tanks
- Preference for previous experience in Oman, working experience with PDO and PDO
- Codes and standards.
- Candidate shall
- familiar with ASME Sec II, V, VIII, IX, B31.3, B16.5, and Shell DEPs,
- Optional – Preference for knowledge in API Q1 and monograms,
- Responsibilities
- Shop based quality inspection and control
- Preparation of method statements, ITP, welding procedures, PQR, weld map, weld plan and other procedures for shop activities
- Long term contract in manufacturing company.
