INSPECTOR - ARCHITECTURAL

• Site Inspection & Supervision: Conduct detailed site inspections and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality of interior design and fitout works ensuring that all aspects meet the project requirements and comply with local regulations.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with contractors engineers project managers and other stakeholders to resolve any onsite issues related to architectural design or fitouts.
• Documentation: Review and maintain all project documentation including reports inspection records nonconformance reports (NCRs) and other siterelated documents.
• Compliance: Ensure all works conform to the approved drawings specifications and applicable local standards. Monitor and enforce building codes and safety regulations.
• Reviewing Progress: Regularly assess the progress of the project track milestones and report any delays or discrepancies to the project manager.
• Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations onsite.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to address any design issues that arise during the construction or fitout phases ensuring alignment between the architectural design intent and the final product.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Experience: 710 years of relevant experience in architectural inspection with a focus on highrise buildings (30 floors) and interior design/fitout works.
• Specialized Skills: Indepth knowledge of interior fitout works architectural design and construction processes. Familiarity with the unique challenges of highrise construction.
• Proven HighRise Experience: Handson experience in inspecting and supervising the construction of highrise buildings particularly those involving complex interior design and fitout tasks.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of local building codes regulations and international standards relevant to architecture and construction.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to handle onsite challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inspections and documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
