Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a Learning Partner who will be based in Dubai to deliver trainings on different platforms for our existing and new clients.
Learning Partner responsibilities include conducting face-to-face trainings, preparing learning materials and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify clients who need support and arrange trainings when requested.
Ultimately, you will help increase the overall understanding of our clients when utilising our different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality trainings and continuously building good relationship with clients
- Recording tasks on Salesforce CRM when receiving training requests tickets
- Achieving personal and team OKRs set by the company
- Supporting sales and customer care team when needed
- Evaluating clients knowledge after completing trainings
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- 2 years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic)
- Ability to manage a full training session, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and techniques quickly

Learning & Development Strategy
- Ability to design and implement a learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and meets the needs of learners.
- Understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and other tools used to track and facilitate learning initiatives.
- Experience with blended learning approaches, integrating digital and in-person learning methods to maximize effectiveness.

Needs Assessment and Learning Analysis
- Expertise in conducting needs analysis to identify skills gaps, performance challenges, and learning requirements within an organization.
- Ability to analyze data from employee performance reviews, surveys, and assessments to tailor learning solutions.

Instructional Design and Content Development
- Skills in designing and developing learning content, including online modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
- Knowledge of instructional design models like ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) or SAM (Successive Approximation Model).
- Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate, Captivate, or Lectora to create engaging training materials.

Facilitation and Training Delivery
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for delivering workshops, training sessions, or webinars.
- Ability to engage learners and encourage active participation during training sessions, both virtually and in-person.

Coaching and Mentoring
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring employees to support their personal and professional growth.
- Offering guidance and encouragement in the learning process, ensuring that individuals stay motivated and overcome obstacles.

Change Management
- Expertise in managing organizational change and supporting employees through transitions, especially when new learning initiatives or technologies are being implemented.
- Knowledge of ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) or other change management frameworks.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to gather and analyze data on learning outcomes, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Reporting insights to leadership to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives and suggest improvements.

Technology Integration
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools to deliver, track, and measure learning progress.
- Knowledge of virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack) to facilitate remote learning.
