Job Purpose
Operating and maintaining the Exchange Virtual Server (EVR), Video Tape (VT), and analysis systems within the studio or during external broadcast production; ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures, and broadcasting standards of the Company as well as relevant laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
Operational Tasks
- Coordinate with the production team to determine the materials needed during the program.
- Operate the Exchange Virtual Server (EVR) and Video Tape Recorders (VTR) during live or recorded production within the studio or during external broadcasts to meet operational requirements.
- Implement immediate replays of significant incidents as needed and produce materials for analysis by relevant parties (such as program stakeholders and others).

. Technical Proficiency
- Camera Operation: Expertise in handling various video cameras, including DSLR, mirrorless, and professional-grade cameras.
- Video Editing Software: Knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Live Streaming Tools: Familiarity with platforms like OBS Studio, vMix, or Wirecast.
- Lighting Techniques: Understanding how to use and adjust lighting for optimal video quality.
- Audio Equipment: Skills in setting up and troubleshooting microphones and audio mixers.

- Frame Composition: Ensuring visually appealing shots with proper framing, focus, and depth of field.
- Color Grading: Fine-tuning colors to maintain consistency and enhance visual appeal.
