Job Description
Oversee HR compliance and service delivery ensuring seamless operations across payroll benefits and employee relations.
Enhance employee engagement through recognition training and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Support Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard the best talent ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of experience in HR or Talent & Culture roles preferably in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
Proven experience in HR operations including talent relations employee engagement and compliance.
Cluster experience is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
