We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support design projects from concept stage through to full IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design integration and functionality.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure designs meet project objectives, budget constraints, and timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Oversee the preparation of specifications and construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-6 years in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Design Software Skills:
- AutoCAD for drafting and design documentation.
- Revit (BIM) for modeling and design coordination.
- SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design, presentation, and visualization.
- Solid understanding of all design phases, from concept to full IFC documentation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on details, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality designs.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Lighting design: Use lighting to enhance the ambiance of a space and highlight architectural features or focal points.
- Texture and material knowledge: Expertise in selecting materials that contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space (e.g., fabrics, flooring, wall finishes).
Technical Skills
- CAD (Computer-Aided Design): Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create detailed floor plans, layouts, and visual representations of designs.
- 3D rendering and visualization: Ability to produce 3D models and renderings to provide clients with a clear idea of the proposed design.
- Building codes and regulations: In-depth understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations to ensure designs are compliant and safe.
- Blueprint reading: Ability to interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to incorporate structural elements into interior design plans.
- Sustainable design: Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles, such as using energy-efficient materials and ensuring proper ventilation and lighting.
Project Management Skills
- Budget management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring designs are completed within financial constraints while still achieving the desired aesthetic and functionality.
- Time management: Coordinate project timelines and milestones, ensuring designs are executed on schedule and within deadlines.
- Vendor and contractor management: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Client relationship management: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring the final design meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Problem-solving: Resolve design challenges and issues that arise during the project, such as structural limitations or material availability.
