Roles and responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting work related to electrical systems for the assigned property. The role holder is also responsible to ensure the integrity of all electrical equipment and provide effective first line and corrective electrical maintenance services.
Job Description:
- Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, etc., for the assigned property in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoots day-to-day issues and resolves problems and networks for the assigned property, to ensure efficient turnaround and smooth operations
- Implements corrective action to address any identified electrical failures or system faults in a timely manner
- Responds to emergency calls for repairs and services, and conducts other ad-hoc work incidental to electrical work, whenever required
- Ensures all electrical equipment and accessories in the property are properly used, maintained and inspected as per requirement
- Maintains appropriate service and repair records and costs incurred for future reference
- Ensures all electrical safety protection are in safe working conditions
- Communicates and updates day-to-day activities regularly, and highlights any difficulties that may arise while performing the assignment
- Complies consistently with the quality, health, safety and environment related requirements as applicable to performing the role
- Ensure full compliance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.
- Stay informed about the QHSE policy, as well as its objectives and targets.
- Adhere strictly to all HSE guidelines, instructions, and procedures.
- Immediately report any hazards, observations, or incidents to the line manager.

- Use of Tools: Familiarity with and proficiency in using electrical tools, including wire strippers, drills, circuit testers, and multimeters.
