Job Description
Oracle Technical consultant is responsible to work closely with the Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team to successfully manage the designing customizing implementing development support testing using Oracle tools and technologies and preparing technical documentation.
- Responsible to provide day to day technical assistance to ERP operations from technical perspective
- Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP including making REST and SOAP calls
- Provide handson technical and development support for implemented Oracle ERP modules.
- Provide handson technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP.
- Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
- Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
- Manage ontime changes delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide handson analysis design testing implementation and postimplementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).
- Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and follow oracle best practices.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide remedial actions whether functional or technical in nature liaising with Oracle where required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- Masters degree or relevant professional certification
