Job Description
- Develops and review the Engineering drawings and documents related to Electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Preparation of Technical Specifications & Datasheets for various instruments including F&G instruments
- Review of technical documents received from Vendors.
- Preparation of Single line diagram Cable sizing calculation Battery sizing calculation Cable schedule Interconnection wiring diagram Loop drawing etc.
- Preparation of Construction Method Statements Material approval request.
- Ensure vendor documentation is properly managed and comments returned in timely manner to Contractor/Client.
- Participating in progress and technical discussion of the project.
- Support on FAT for major Instrument and electrical equipment.
- Material enquiry to the suppliers preparation of supplier technical & commercial quote comparison.
- Preparation of PR and follow up for the delivery from supplier.
- Monitor Electrical and Instrument Engineering progress and ensure necessary information flow between disciplines to meet project milestone. Contribute and provide electrical engineering professional project status reports.
- Project Cost control and monitoring.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
- Experience Level 0304 Years and at least 02 years on projects in UAE in oil & gas and petrochemical sector.
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
