Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Management Director to join our dynamic organization in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple highimpact projects across the organization ensuring their successful execution and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Develop and implement project management strategies methodologies and best practices across the organization
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex largescale projects
- Manage project portfolios ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with overall business strategy
- Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors and partners
- Drive innovation in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on project performance providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
- Additional certifications such as PRINCE2 Agile or Six Sigma are highly desirable
- 10 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing largescale complex projects
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall PRINCE2)
- Strong skills in strategic planning risk management and financial management
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and mentoring
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Indepth understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management
- Familiarity with the business landscape local practices and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
