Job Title: Paralegal

Reports To: Group Head of Legal
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic legal tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs and MOUs managing communications with internal departments and external parties and providing support in legal operations. The role requires strong organizational skills the ability to work under pressure and a proactive taskoriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents
- Prepare review NDAs MOUs and other legal documentation.
- Ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws regulations and company policies.
2. Coordination and Communication
- Act as a liaison between the legal department and other internal departments.
- Coordinate with external counsel regulatory bodies and other third parties on legal matters.
3. Legal Research and Compliance
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and assist in implementing compliance policies.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare reports presentations and summaries for the Group Head of Legal.
- Maintain organized and uptodate legal files and records.
5. Followups and Tracking
- Track legal deadlines ensure timely followups on pending matters and manage tasks efficiently.
6. General Support
- Provide administrative support for the legal team including scheduling meetings and drafting correspondence.
- Be able to draft minutes of meetings as required.
- Assist in preparing for legal proceedings audits or other related activities.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal role.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of legal terminology principles and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
3. Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Taskoriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Additional certifications in Paralegal Studies or Legal Assistance are a plus.
- Arabic Language is a plus but not a prerequisite to apply.
