Senior Project Manager IT Strategy and Governance Sr. Specialist
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Management Management Information Systems or related major.
- Experience:
- 20 years of overall experience.
- 15 years in Project Management with UAE Corporate and Government organizations.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong bilingual communication (Arabic/English).
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Expertise in tendering processes within UAE federal environments.
- Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
- PMP Scrum or Prince2 certification.
- Strong experience in people change management system integration and governance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee IT governance strategies for FTA projects.
- Ensure proper project governance and dependency management across departments and vendors.
- Oversee integration with external UAE government entities and related systems.
- Facilitate and manage tendering processes in line with UAE federal policies.
- Coordinate and follow up on targeted campaigns to drive Corporate Tax awareness and registration.
- Manage the project constraints of scope time and cost under tight deadlines.
- Prepare detailed strategy plans and project roadmaps.
- Ensure full compliance with FTA policies processes and UAE labor laws.
