We are seeking a talented Multimedia Manager to lead our visual content initiatives across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with expertise in graphic design, social media management, content creation, video editing, photography, and animation. The Multimedia Manager will develop and implement a cohesive strategy to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage our audience through compelling visual storytelling.
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a multimedia content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and engages our target audience across social media and other channels.
- Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
- Video Production and Editing: Produce and edit engaging video content, including promotional materials, tutorials, and social media clips that effectively communicate our message.
- Photography: Capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with our brand narrative.
- Animation Creation: Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance video content and social media posts, making them more dynamic and engaging.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the planning and execution of social media content, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with our audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all multimedia efforts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, with expertise in graphic design, video editing, photography, and animation.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong photography skills with experience in photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas visually.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse work in graphic design, video editing, photography, and animation.

- Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Developing scripts and storyboards for video or multimedia projects to ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand's message.
- Filming and Editing: Directing or assisting in filming, recording, and editing multimedia content. This includes ensuring that the final product aligns with the vision and objectives of the project.

- Team Supervision: Leading and managing a team of designers, videographers, editors, and other multimedia professionals. This may involve assigning tasks, reviewing work, and offering feedback.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with departments like marketing, sales, product development, and public relations to understand content needs and deliver multimedia assets that meet those needs.

Multimedia Technology Management
- Tool and Software Proficiency: Overseeing the use of multimedia tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard editing and design software.
- Hardware and Equipment Management: Managing the acquisition, use, and maintenance of equipment such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and other multimedia production gear.
- Staying Updated with Trends: Keeping up with new multimedia technologies and trends,
