Responsibilities

• Utilize the full design thinking toolbox: From user research to identifying pain points in the user experience.
• Collaborate: Lead brainstorming sessions, problem-solving workshops, and ideation meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on design: Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
• Drive research and benchmarking: Regularly assess local and global competitors.
• Advocate for design excellence: Support the design chapter by delivering useful, beautiful, and meaningful digital experiences.
• Idea Management Software: Has worked on tools like Mural, MS whiteboards for idea management
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, UI/UX or other relevant designing field.
• With 3-4 years professional experience in UI/UX Design, with an online portfolio of exceptional design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Figma) is a must.
• Has proven working knowledge of and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (notably Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to visualize innovative solutions beyond the simple use of software.

• Strong command of the English language (spoken) and excellent writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be interacting with a culturally diverse team!
• Problem solving abilities.
• Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision.
• Takes feedback constructively.
