Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery sector.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects designers contractors and end clients.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations and followups.
- Product Knowledge: Present detailed information about our joinery products materials and finishes showcasing their quality and craftsmanship.
- Quotations and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals quotes and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 35 years of sales experience in joinery furniture or a related field.
Education: Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
Networking Ability: Existing contacts in the construction interior design and architectural industries are a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with joinery processes materials and finishes.
