Job Description:
Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to join our inhouse team. This role supports the implementation configuration and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The Junior Consultant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the NetSuite ERP system including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Work with the manager to configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes and accounting practices.
Provide training and support to endusers on NetSuite functionalities.
Maintain thorough documentation of system processes user guides and training materials.
Generate and analyze financial reports dashboards and KPIs for management.
Collaborate with finance sales and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
Participate in testing new features updates and integrations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
NetSuite certification is a plus.
