Job Opportunity: Panel Operator PDH
A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Panel Operator PDH to join its operations in KSA. This role involves managing and monitoring operations in the Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) unit to ensure uninterrupted and safe plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday plant operations ensuring smooth safe and efficient performance.
- Monitor plant parameters and analyze data to optimize operations.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise and conduct routine operations safety walks/talks and quality assurance activities.
- Manage startups shutdowns and plant upsets or emergencies efficiently.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities preventive plans and turnaround schedules.
- Issue and manage work permits and ensure compliance with loss control and safety procedures.
- Provide onthejob training for team members and enhance knowledge of existing personnel.
- Minimize flare losses and waste generation and coordinate with external agencies for waste management.
Requirements:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- DCS (Distributed Control System) qualification preferred.

Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of operational experience in PDH plants (preferably Catofin technology) or similar petrochemical facilities.

Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and systematic execution of procedures.
- Knowledge of industrial safety housekeeping and operational protocols.
- Written and spoken English skills.
- PC literacy and proficiency in DCS systems.
Salary Details:
- Operators: Basic Salary: SR 7000 SR 10000.
Note: Salary may increase for skilled and relevant candidates.
