Job Description
We re recruiting a Retail Leasing Manager for one of the real estate companies based in Sharjah UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy levels and rental revenue
- Maintain a retail mix that reflects the propertys vision and appeals to its target audience
- Source and engage prospective retail tenants including local regional and national brands
- Negotiate lease terms rental rates and conditions to align with the propertys objectives
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to draft review and finalize lease agreements
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field
- Over 5 years of proven experience in retail leasing or commercial property leasing
- Prior experience in F&B leasing is mandatory
