Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales Target in the assigned product lines.
  • Proper contact and relationship management with principal co. and representatives to ensure proper interactions and field visits.
  • Frequent visit and coverage of all potential to existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeated business from the accounts.
  • Relationship management with key customer account and inducer in order to increase Market Share.
  • Efficient execution and delivery of purchase order in order to meet customer expectations to ensure proper ordering and configuration of purchase orders.
  • Give Monthly feedback on required product stock and monitor expiries to maintain proper stock
  • Ensure and maximize the full usage of all available sales tools likes demo units, PowerPoint presentations, samples, product data sheet and formal presentational workshops.
  • Timely and accurate response for all quotation requests and tenders for getting on time business Communication with the customer to follow-up with payments and to extend his support in the collection process as and when required.
  • Expected to actively participate in the business development process, continuous review of the end-user prices and cost prices based on the market dynamics and trends.
  • Responsible for new accounts & Introduction & implementation of new products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Biomedical engineering, health & life sciences Medical Technology or Equivalent Experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Surgical instruments or electrosurgical Machine & accessories in UAE.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb technical, clinical, and product knowledge and disseminate it effectively to all levels of healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude towards the role, working in a team and upholding corporate image with the customers.
  • Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills, Cross Selling Skills, Analytical ability, Leadership Skills, Service Orientation
  • Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Time Management Skills, Valid Driving License

Desired candidate profile

1. Product Knowledge
In-depth Product Expertise: A thorough understanding of the product's features, benefits, specifications, and the technology or processes behind it.
Competitive Knowledge: Awareness of competing products in the market and the ability to highlight unique selling points (USPs) to customers.
Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of the product lifecycle from development, launch, and growth stages to maturity and eventual phase-out.
2. Customer Focus
Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding customer needs and tailoring the product offering to meet those needs. This includes gathering feedback from customers and sales teams.
Product Recommendations: Recommending the right products to customers based on their specific requirements, including technical and non-technical aspects.
Customer Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding the product, ensuring they get the most value from it.
3. Sales and Marketing Support
Sales Enablement: Supporting the sales team with product information, training, and collateral to help them effectively sell the product.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for customers or internal teams to highlight key features and benefits.
Marketing Collaboration: Working with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and product positioning strategies to increase market penetration and sales.
4. Technical Skills (If applicable)
Technical Understanding: For tech-heavy products (e.g., software, machinery), a solid grasp of the technical aspects is essential to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues or direct customers to the appropriate technical support team.
Documentation and Manuals: Assisting in creating user manuals, guides, FAQs, and other documentation to ensure customers and internal teams understand the product’s features and usage.
