Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team in our consumer division. The The visual merchandiser will be responsible to ensure that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays them accordingly for customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the marketing of the brand including the events & pos. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer’s expectations. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations; respect co-workers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted, report it immediately to line manager.
- Analise business results and apply knowledge in linking commercial and visual aspects of the brand. Strategize the display for controlling season sell thru & increasing sales. Continuously monitor visual guidelines to make sure that visual standards are always maintained.
- Frequently change displays in accordance with the season, market trends and festivities. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean, and safe working environment.
- Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
- Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field OR Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience at Premium brands.
- Expertise in consumer feild.
- English communication skills is a must
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

- Ensuring that all elements of a display are neat, aligned, and visually balanced. Small details like lighting, product placement, and props matter greatly in visual merchandising.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest fashion, design, and retail trends to ensure displays are fresh and relevant.
- Understanding seasonal shifts in style and how they influence customer behavior.
4. Product Knowledge
- Familiarity with the products being sold, including features, uses, and appeal, to best showcase them in displays.
- The ability to highlight product benefits effectively through strategic placement and visual storytelling.
5. Spatial Awareness
- The ability to assess the space available and design layouts that make the most of that space without overcrowding or underusing it.
- Skill in creating focal points that guide the customer's attention and optimize traffic flow within the store.
6. Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication for collaborating with store managers, design teams, and other departments.
- Ability to communicate creative concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
7. Sales Awareness
- Understanding how visual merchandising can directly influence sales and shopper behavior.
- Ability to create displays that target specific customer demographics and push products that are on promotion or new arrivals.
