The PAM is the main point of contact between the Partner and our client ensuring a seamless partner experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales.
Job Profile
1. Responsible for complete ownership of the account in terms of current sales credit and ensure maximum penetration to the account with the current clients Portfolio. Strive to grow the business to attain the maximum wallet share from the assigned partners.
2. Identify and increase brand penetration with the assigned set of partners and generate leads for different internal business units.
3. Increase business opportunities by being updated on products and competitors with existing customers.
4. Negotiate and implement strategic sales initiatives promotions pricing and new product launches.
5. Develop and deliver accurate monthly / weekly sales forecasts in line with business objectives
Required Education / Experience
1. Graduate degree with 5 years of relevant experience in selling IT Infrastructure/Security/ Cloud brands like HPE Lenovo Aruba Fortinet Microsoft etc.
2. Relevant channel exposure along with experience in managing relationships with vendor account managers and partner senior stake holders.
