Job Description
Our company is looking for DOCUMENT CONTROLLER with proven experience in Main Contracting company in UAE especially in Dubai.
Qualifications:
Male
Must have at least 2 years of experience in contracting company in Dubai.
Must have Civil Engineering background.
Must have knowledge as document controller.
Must have knowledge in construction process and work procedure.
Perform administrative tasks
Write emails memos and letters
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Manage database entry and client files
Organize and distribute messages
Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
Maintain confidential department files/records
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
Assist with presentations and reports
