Job Description
- Position: Draughtman Civil and Structure
- Experience Required: 5 years
- Location: Abu DhabiWesterns Region
- Type: Fulltime
- Salary:AED per month
- Joining required: Immediately
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Draughtman Civil and Structure to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in both civil and structural drafting with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate drawings for civil and structural projects using AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Review and analyze technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback from project team
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings
- Manage and maintain drawing files and records
- Communicate with clients and contractors to address any concerns or issues related to the drawings
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology and techniques
- Train and mentor junior draughtsman as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural drafting Experience in the UAE is a must
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software ( 2D 3D)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
