Job Description
- Position: Structural Manager
- Experience Required: 8 years
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Type: Fulltime
- Salary:AED per month
- Joining required: Immediately
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Structural Manager for Civil and Building Work to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing construction projects with a focus on civil and building works. As a Structure Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of civil and building work projects including planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate with project teams including engineers architects contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans designs and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing civil and building work projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
