Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves extensive travel across Africa and Southeast Asia ranging from 10 to 15 days per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for adding new distributors and managing existing ones driving growth for our FMCG/Consumer business through a robust distribution model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to add new distributors across Africa and Southeast Asia.
* Manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent growth and market expansion.If interested please share your resume or call
* Conduct market analysis and identify potential opportunities for business growth in new and existing regions.
* Ensure achievement of sales targets and expansion of the distributor network.
* Travel extensively across Africa and Southeast Asia to manage distributor relationships and identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a hardcore sales role preferably in the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.
* Must have handson experience working with a distribution model.
* Strong ability to identify engage and establish new distribution partners.
* Capable of managing and nurturing longterm relationships with existing distributors.
* Willingness to relocate to Dubai for candidates based in India or other Asian countries.
