Job Description
Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Dubai
Reports To: Senior HR Executive
Duration: 3 Months
About ITP Media:
ITP Media is a leading media company in the Middle East with a diverse portfolio of toptier brands across digital print and events. We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our HR team and gain valuable experience in HR administration and employee services.
Job Overview:
The HR Intern will assist the HR department with a range of operational tasks including employee records management HR compliance payroll support and general administrative duties. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR skills in a dynamic media company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support the preparation and processing of payrollrelated information.
- Assist with HR compliance tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Help coordinate employee benefits and assist with related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining office policies procedures and employee handbooks.
- Support organizing HRrelated meetings events and training sessions.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide operational assistance to employees.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A keen interest in HR operations and employee services.
