Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 67 years of professional accounting expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management proficiency in accounting software and a track record of success in industries like trading and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger accounts reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely monthend and yearend closings.
Accurately process and record financial transactions ensuring data integrity.
Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights for management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
Provide necessary documentation and information for successful audit completion.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Utilize and maintain proficiency in accounting systems such as Tally ERP QuickBooks Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant tools.
Recommend and implement software optimizations to enhance efficiency.
Manage accounting functions related to trading and construction projects including project cost tracking and vendor payments.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial accuracy in construction and trading activities.
Requirements
67 years of accounting experience preferably in trading construction or similar industries.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP QuickBooks Microsoft Dynamics).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
