Responsibilities:
- Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle all reservations (reply on WhatsApp and phone calls) including processing requests managing booking systems and ensuring accuracy of reservation details. Accommodate special requests and modifications as needed.
- Proactively handle customer queries offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their dining experience through telephone and email
- Lady age between 2130 years old
- Nationally European CIS countries and Morocco Tunisia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) (Preferable second languages Russian or Arabic)
- Previous experience as a reservations agent
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
About the Job
- Onsite Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off)
- 8 hours per day with 1 hour break
- Timings shifts (10am 1am)
