We re recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highlevel administrative support by managing the heads calendar coordinating and scheduling meetings ensuring timely responses from all invitees and handling correspondence
- Arrange and organize travel plans and itineraries for the head
- Maintain organized filing systems and efficiently manage data and records
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience within healthcare or pharma environments is an advantage)
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
- Must have excellent communication skills
