Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and impeccably presented EXECUTIVE DRIVER for a highprofile client in Dubai. As an Executive Driver your responsibilities will be to provide highlevel administrative support with the role of driving and transportation services.

Administrative Support:
- Manage executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Driving and Transportation:
- Drive HighEnd brand cars.
- Provide reliable and safe transportation for executives and other staff as needed.
- Ensure the vehicle is wellmaintained clean and in good working order.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to optimize travel time.
- Handle minor vehicle issues and coordinate with maintenance services.

- Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational communication and multitasking abilities.
- Driving Skills: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
- Professionalism: Discreet reliable and capable of handling sensitive information.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in office software and communication tools.

High English Proficiency:
- Demonstrates exceptional command of both spoken and written English.
- Capable of drafting and proofreading formal correspondence and documents with precision.

Requirements

- UAE Driving License.
- 2 years of experience.
