Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all MEP activities across multiple projects ensuring that all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems are effectively coordinated and integrated.
- Supervise mentor and lead MEP teams ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Develop and monitor project schedules ensuring all MEP work is completed within the agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with other project teams (architects civil engineers contractors) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project.
- Review and ensure that all MEP designs meet local codes regulations and standards and work in compliance with health safety and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess progress and quality of work.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary MEP materials and resources.
- Monitor project budgets for MEP work ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Resolve any technical or engineering issues that may arise during the execution of the project.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and project documentation to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all necessary permits approvals and inspections are obtained on time.
- Ensure that MEP work complies with the client s expectations specifications and contract requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE construction industry.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and how they integrate with the overall project.
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Indepth knowledge of local building codes standards and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE construction industry. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
