Overview
Doveworth Limited a worldleading construction and engineering company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their engagement with us. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at Doveworth Limited you will be responsible for managing client inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to problemsolving and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or inperson.
Provide detailed information about Doveworth Limiteds services and projects.
Assist customers with order placements modifications and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service department.
Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Skills Knowledge and Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
