The Subsea Pipeline Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing subsea pipeline systems across various stages of EPCI projects including FEED bidding and detailed engineering. This role requires a solid understanding of subsea pipeline engineering standards industry codes and best practices. The engineer will work independently and within multidisciplinary teams contributing expertise to ensure project success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design subsea pipeline systems in alignment with project requirements and industry standards during FEED bid and detailed engineering phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and best practices for subsea pipeline engineering.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure effective execution of pipeline design and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior engineers fostering knowledgesharing and professional development within the team.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in subsea pipeline engineering.
- Proficient in subsea pipeline design across EPCI project phases (FEED bid and detailed engineering).
- Strong knowledge of industry codes standards regulations and best practices related to subsea pipeline engineering.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in executing EPCI projects for Middle Eastern clients such as Saudi Aramco Qatar Petroleum (QP) Qatar Gas (QG) or ADNOC.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills capable of effectively conveying technical information.
- Proactive with a keen interest in emerging technologies and advancements in subsea pipeline engineering.
- Willingness to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
