Desired candidate profile

1. Conceptual and Detailed Design

  • Creative Conceptualization: Leading the creative process for developing innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural concepts that align with client needs and project requirements.
  • Design Development: Transitioning initial concepts into detailed design solutions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models. The designs should meet both functional requirements and aesthetic goals.
  • Sustainability and Environmental Considerations: Integrating sustainable design practices and environmental considerations into projects, such as energy efficiency, use of sustainable materials, and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
  • Technical Drawings and Specifications: Overseeing the preparation of technical drawings and documentation (CAD or BIM models) for construction purposes. These drawings must comply with industry standards and local building codes.

2. Project Leadership and Coordination

  • Project Coordination: Leading and coordinating the design team, which may include junior architects, designers, engineers, and drafters, to ensure the design vision is executed accurately.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure that the design is feasible and integrates well with building systems. Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Client Liaison: Communicating with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. Presenting design proposals, revising designs based on client feedback, and maintaining a strong relationship with the client throughout the design and construction process.

3. Design Quality and Innovation
