Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of entertainment productions, including live shows, parades, and themed marque events and sales events.
- Ensure that audio, video, lighting, special effects, and other technical systems meet high standards of quality and safety
- Supervise a team of technical specialists, including technicians, engineers, and stage technicians.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and designers to execute technical elements of live shows and events.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment during shows and events.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect the well-being of both guests and staff.
- Ensure that all technical operations comply with company, industry and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets in the absence of Entertainment Senior Technical Manager, equipment inventory, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the entertainment industry.
- Integrate new technologies and techniques to enhance the guest experience and maintain the park's competitive edge
- Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that technical elements contribute to the overall theme and storytelling of the park.

Desired candidate profile
The Ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree related Technical Qualifications (e.g., Theater Production, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in live shows and events
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in installation of AVL systems including show control and network.
- Minimum 4 years worked in live shows and events in a technical role
- Able to adhere to strict timelines
- Clear understanding of both written and spoken English
- The knowledge of operating of Entertainment shows systems and show control systems are a must.
- Keen interest in technology. Familiar with latest technologies and implementation
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
