Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator who will also take on the responsibilities of a Document Controller. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office familiar with the ZOHO CRM system and capable of managing sales documentation and customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination:
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate sales activities including preparing quotations proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up with clients on sales inquiries and orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Document Control:
  • Manage and control all documents related to sales and project documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed stored and accessible.
  • Regularly update and maintain document management systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Use ZOHO CRM to manage customer information and track sales activities.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Generate reports from CRM to analyze sales performance and customer trends.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination and document control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ZOHO CRM system.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in Dubai UAE.
