Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all onsite activities ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards and supervising the construction team. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Supervise construction team and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Keep accurate records of onsite activities and progress
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP PE) are a plus
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
