You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all salesrelated inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient and timely order processing and delivery
Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments and overdue invoices
Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings trade shows and other events
Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
