Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of travel insurance products, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, presenting them with tailored travel insurance solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide clients with the best options.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about travel insurance policies, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • B2B distribution experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to the Travel industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  7. Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.

  8. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer challenges and offer appropriate solutions.

  9. Market Awareness: Understanding of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales.

  10. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
