Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Identify highimpact keywords to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Optimization: Optimize website content including meta tags headers and onpage elements to align with SEO best practices.
- Link Building: Develop and execute effective linkbuilding strategies to increase domain authority and organic search rankings.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms and provide actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Technical SEO: Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines including site speed mobilefriendliness and crawlability.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Education: A degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field is preferred.
