About you:
Team Management: Supervising and leading a team of technical staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of technical equipment and systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Project Coordination: Managing technical projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all technical operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, technical procedures, and equipment performance for future reference.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between technical staff and management, effectively communicating project updates, issues, and solutions.
Quality Control: Implementing quality assurance practices to ensure that technical work meets established standards and specifications.
Resource Management: Managing resources, including tools, materials, and budgets, to ensure efficient operation and maintenance activities.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
