Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement process for materials services and contracting ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers negotiate contracts and maintain relationships to secure favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends pricing and supplier capabilities.
- Monitor order progress and expedite delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials and services.
- Work closely with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements and ensure procurement aligns with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferably with experience in ADNOC and its group companies.
- Background in Technical Engineering and EPC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Ariba Systems for purchasing materials service contracting and expediting.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: From AED5000.00 per month
