Job Description
Job Summary:
Vompen Consulting Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the main point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction understanding client needs and working with internal teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building longlasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates on services projects and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and grow business.
- Prepare client reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in client relationship management or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to client needs.
