Job Description

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• Minimum of a high school diploma is required/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
• Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes or guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and ordering new products as needed.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Event Support: Assist with special events or functions, providing bar service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Mixology Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of drinks, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
