Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling the diverse range of entertainment experiences and packages offered by the company. This plays a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining strong connections with existing customers to ensure repeat business. By effectively communicating the value proposition of Emaar Entertainment's products and services and contributes to enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by actively promoting and selling Emaar Entertainment's products and services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Emaar Entertainment's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent Emaar Entertainment at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand client base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience, education market from a sales perspective (selling school trips, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment landscape in Dubai and the wider UAE market is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

  5. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  6. Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and results, reporting on performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and seek opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
