Job Description
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a flexible remote role with remuneration based on successful placements.
If you have experience in recruitment strong sourcing skills and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities we would love to hear from you!
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Strong search skills and expertise in sourcing highquality candidates.
- Experience with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Work closely with Middle Eastbased clients to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
