Job Description
- Driving the hotels shuttle bus transporting hotel guests to and from the airport train station or other local destinations
- Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle including checking oil brakes tires lights and ensuring that the vehicle is in good working condition
- Adhering to all traffic and corporate regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant journey for the passengers
- Providing information and answering queries about the local area including giving directions or recommending attractions and restaurants
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times to provide excellent customer service
- Keeping records of shuttle usage and reporting any maintenance or performance issues to hotel management
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a shuttle driver taxi driver or similar role
- A valid drivers license
- A clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the local areas roadways and attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy luggage
