Job Description

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures in line with the hotels standards.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Manage and oversee the security team including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents emergencies and alarms including fire theft or other disturbances.
  • Investigate and document incidents ensuring proper reporting and followup.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities incidents and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations regarding security and safety.
  • Prepare and present security reports to hotel management.

Qualifications :

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in criminal justice security management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in security law enforcement or a related field preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong observational skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in operating security systems and technology.
  • Certifications: Securityrelated certifications or licenses may be required or preferred such as CPR/First Aid certification.
