THE MISSION

Are you passionate about technology and skilled in troubleshooting Join our team as a Tech Assistant and be a key player in keeping our IT systems running smoothly!

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

• Assist the IT Manager with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Serve as a secondary contact for PC hardware and software issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of technology assets ensuring equipment is ordered and available.
• Handle disaster recovery and business continuity related to technology.
• Identify and resolve performance issues with our systems.
• Ensure all technology assets are secure and wellmaintained following Mama Shelter standards.
• Oversee data communication and manage telecommunications equipment.
• Support mobile phone issues and troubleshoot highspeed Internet problems.
• Provide desktop support including imaging desktops installing software and migrating data.
• Maintain IT inventory and logs of hardware and service calls.
• Document and archive all IT correspondence and troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications :

• You have strong knowledge in LAN security wireless IP telephony and hospitality software.
